In our opinion Estepona Golf is not getting the respect it deserves and we as a company think we know why and hope we can help change this.

For many years agents were selling properties on Estepona Golf as fast as they could build them and this was for many reasons, price, quality, services, infrastructure and reputation.

Now those agents have almost left the development behind and their clients with it.

This has left a bit of a void for property owners in Estepona Golf who are looking for an agent to work for them, an agent who knows and believes in the project.

It also means that only a handful of some 600 agencies were given the knowledge of the project through the building and sales process with Taylor Woodrow, the other agents spent their time creating a negative vibe for the project as they were not allowed to sell here.

We intend to remarket the project to not only clients the way Taylor Woodrow have been doing very successfully recently in the UK and throughout Spain but also to our collaborating agents here.

We intend to remind everyone about Estepona Golf, built by one of Britain's largest developers Estepona Golf gives everyone faith and trust developed by their reputation, quality and customer service. A beautiful picturesque and consolidated development situated around a 18 hole golf course designed by Seve Balesteros, offering high quality apartments, townhouses, villas and plots in Estepona Golf at incredibly low prices. All this with onsite services and facilities that are second to none.

Agents and clients need to be educated or reminded that Estepona Golf is only a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella, 6 minutes to the beach, 5 min to San Pedro town and now with the new road connections Malaga airport is only 35 minutes away.

Our connections with the hundreds of local collaborating agents, affiliates, UK referral agents and our repeat clients truly allow us to take your property to marketing to another level.

To this end our intention is to use every possible means of marketing to get us to this level.

We will assist the agents, clients and you, by highlighting every benefit of your home during a viewing. COOPERS Estepona Golf will also provide agents with a full written description of your property as well as a selection of high resolution photographs.

Client Feedback...

After each viewing, COOPERS Estepona Golf will endeavour to provide honest feedback following from the client/agent. Our main priority is to help you to sell your property quickly. If we feel that the kitchen needs a clean, the paintwork is dark or the property seems cluttered, we will advise you and organise the enhancements on your behalf. Optimising space, strategic lighting or creating a focal point can make the difference between a sale and no sale.

Viewings...

It is vital to engineer the perfect viewing of your property as first impressions most definitely count. COOPERS Estepona Golf are on site and are available at short notice, we will arrive in advance of the client/agent when ever possible to deactivate the alarm, open the shutters, draw back the curtains, let in some fresh air and make sure the lighting is at its most flattering. These small, yet important preparations will not only save time for the client / agent but also ensure that the potential purchaser sees your property at its finest.
